Adrian Mitchell

Adrian Mitchell began his dance training in Santa Cruz, California, at the age of 6 with local dance studios. At the age of 8 he began his ballet training with Joanna Jarvis in Malibu, California. After attending a summer intensive at Miami City Ballet at the age of 13 he began to dedicate himself to the art of classical ballet. He studied for a year at Malibu academy of dance with Jennifer Kelbe, Adrianna Fernandes, Diane Linder, and Brigid Boden. The following year he moved on to study with Yuri Grigoriev and at Westside ballet with Yvonnne Mounsey, Martine Harley and Francine Kessler. This past year Adrian studied at Houston ballet academy primarily with Andrew Murphy, other teachers included Sabrina Lenzi, Phillip Broomhead, Sally Rojas, Steven Woodgate, Cheryne Busch, Claudio Munoz, and Susan Bryant . He has attended summer intensives with Miami city ballet, Harid Conservatory, Bolshoi Ballet Academy, and Ellison Ballet, School of American Ballet and will be studying at The Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet this fall.
