Born in Chicago, Anaïs began her training at Chicago Ballet Arts and Ruth Page School of Dance, where she was a member of Larry Long's Civic Ballet of Chicago. She studied with Joffrey Ballet’s Calvin Kitten, and attended numerous summer programs, including American Ballet Theater, Julliard, North Carolina School of the Arts, and Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Anaïs moved to Ft. Lauderdale to continue her training with Magaly Suarez, while performing with The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami in Paquita, Raymonda and Giselle. In 2007 she joined Richmond Ballet where she worked with Malcolm Burn, Jerri Kumery and Jessica Lang, performing in Midsummers Night's Dream and Agnes DeMille’s A Rose for Miss Emily. Anaïs joined the Sarasota Ballet in 2008.

While with Sarasota Ballet Anais has performed in Renato Paroni’s Rococo Variations, George Balanchine’s Divertimento No. 15, Dame Ninette De Valois’s Checkmate & The Rake’s Progress, Sir Frederick Ashton’s Les Patineurs, The Two Pigeons, & Façade, Mikhail Fokine’s Les Slyphides, Paquita and Andre Prokovsky’s Anna Karenina.
