Laura was born in Scotland, started her training with The Royal Ballet Upper School from September 1999 until February 2001 when she joined The Royal Ballet as an Artist in March 2001.

Her repertory includes Swan Lake, La Bayadère, Giselle and The Nutcracker. Other ballets in her repertory include MacMillan’s Mayerling, Manon, Romeo and Juliet and Gloria, the Vision Lady in Stephen Bayne’s Beyond Bach. She has also created roles in David Bintley’s Les Saisons (2003) and Alastair Marriott’s Being and Having Been, 2nd Solo Shade in La Bayadere, Solo Principal Woman in Rubies and one of the Red Girls in Les Patineurs.
