Quinn trained at the Nutmeg Conservatory for the Arts under the direction of Sharon Dante. After graduating in 2003, she joined Berlin Staatsoper Ballett, which subsequently became Staatsballett Berlin, directed by Vladimir Malakhov. She danced in his creations of Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, as well as Swan Lake, Giselle, Manon, and Onegin.

After five years in Berlin, Quinn joined Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, director Jean-Christophe Maillot. With BMC she has danced the Nourice in his Romeo and Juliet, as well as in creations of Faust, Sheherazade, and Women's Dance. Quinn has also performed with Momix, and worked with Chris Haring/Liquid Loft in addition to dancing with Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. She is now in her fourth season with the company.
