Shelby Elsbree

Shelby Elsbree received her training from The Florida Ballet Arts Academy, The Sarasota Ballet of Florida, and The School of American Ballet.

Shelby received additional summer intensive training with Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory, Boston Ballet, The School of American Ballet, and Ethan Stiefel & Stars.

She joined the Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen, Denmark as a corps de ballet member in 2009.
She has since danced the role of 'Blue Girl' in Jerome Robbins' Dances at a Gathering, Flower Festival in Genzano at the Erik Bruhn Prize Competition in March 2011, and in Johan Kobborg's Les Lutins, among several other ballets including Symphony in C, Symphony in 3 Movements, Serenade, West Side Story, Don Quixote, Napoli, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Folktale, La Sylphide, Etudes, Conservatoire and Giselle among others.
