Q: I'm having problems signing up/ haven't received my verification email, what should I do?

A: Check your spam or bulk mail folder as your account verification email might be in there. You can also try to sign in and we will send you a new verification email automatically. If all fails, email us at help@deballet.com and we can verify your account for you.

Q: I'd love to help with content, is this possible?

A: If you'd like to help manage the site, we can make you an editor. Please apply by contacting us at feedback@deballet.com

Q: I'm a dancer. How do I take over my official profile page?

A: Search for your official profile page on the site and then click the 'Request permission to edit this page' button on the right hand side of the profile. An administrator will then approve you within 24 hrs to edit your profile and upload your photos.

Q: I'm a dancer and I can't find my profile on the site. What should I do?

A: Search for the company that you work for on the site and then check the company page to see if you are listed as a dancer. If you are not listed then you can add yourself to the company page by sending us a link to your company website to confirm you are a dancer with the company.

Q: I am not dancing for a company. Can I have an official profile on the site?

A: At the moment you need to have danced for a company listed on the site to have a profile page, but please come back soon as we plan to let everyone have a dancer profile soon.

Q: I'm working for a ballet company and we would like to take over our company page. What should we do?

A: Please get in touch with us and we can give you permission to add new dancers and edit your company page.
