Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future de Ballet service you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Privacy

de Ballet knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. By visiting de Ballet, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Information About Users Does de Ballet Gather?

The information we learn from users helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at de Ballet. Here are the types of information we gather:

Does de Ballet Share the Information It Receives?

• Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In some cases, we will include offerings from these businesses on de Ballet. In other cases, we may include joint offerings from de Ballet and these businesses on deballet. What About Third-Party Advertisers?

Our site includes third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party websites.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

de Ballet is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not submit information about yourself to de Ballet.

de Ballet grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of deballet. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of de Ballet. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents or any derivative use of this site or its contents.

Robots and Screen Scraping: You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this site, except with our express written consent as noted below.

Your Account

If you have registered with deballet.com you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of log-in information and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

Visitors may post questions, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to deballet.com or to services offered by or through deballet.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
